The standard warranty on Rockwell Automation hardware is a Return to Base warranty that covers items against defects for a period of one year from the invoice date. However, many clients desire a longer warranty period and Rockwell Automation's CustomCare Enhanced Warranty Program is a popular solution. Additional years of warranty can be purchased to extend the warranty period up to a total period of five years. These additional years of warranty are subject to the same terms and conditions as the first standard warranty year but with the additional benefit that warranty replacement parts (if available) can often be despatched immediately via our advance exchange program, negating the normal delay while the warranty is validated.
