A Parts Management Agreement (PMA) provides ready access to the spare parts you need, when you need them, while reducing your inventory maintenance and management costs. We own and manage your spare parts inventory, with a fixed monthly or quarterly fee. The total cost is usually less than your current combined costs of floor space, property taxes, spoilage, management, insurance, and spare parts purchases.
